I had been looking for a new ring online for YEARS. I came across Joseph K because they carried a designer I liked. When I saw another ring on their website, I knew my search was finally over! THIS was the one. However, when I went to see it in person, it was way too big for my small hands. Sadness overcame me...but then Julia mentioned they could make another just like it but scaled down. "Wait, What? That sounds expensive, custom jewelry is for rich people" Julia assured me it would be LESS expensive then the original! She walked me through my options of a center stone without being judgy (like other elitist jewelers I encountered), when I asked about alternatives such as Moissanite or lab created diamonds. The whole process was easy and they communicated throughout. When I wanted to incorporate a Euro shank: no problem. They also worked with me to trade in my old ring. The end product is STUNNING! I smile every time I look at it and I receive so many compliments on it's one of a kind design. Joseph K and Julia exceeded my expectations of a jeweler and I will be a returning customer.

Husband and I went in together looking for the perfect ring, but neither of us really knew what we were getting into. We had a budget we wanted to stick to and they really accommodated to that. We weren’t to knowledgeable on the topic and they were more than happy and patient to educated us. They sized my ring in 30 min so I was able to wear my ring that day!
