Oh. My. God. This restaurant is FANTASTIC. Delicious food, awesome portions, friendly staff. The chef came out to check on her noodles and make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. We left with huge smiles and talking about how soon we can come back. Get your butt to Noodle Man. Best restaurant in this community, seriously.

Got the spicy dumplings and chicken and broccoli noodles. Was a really good price for the quality and quantity of food. Spicy was not even spicy enough for me and I usually get medium spice at Thai places. But both items had awesome flavor.

We ordered 6 different dishes. We liked the the beef fried rice, special fried rice, beef chow mein, beef & tomato noodle soup, chicken & fried noodles. The one dish we didn't like as much was the Lopo. It had too much vinegar. The pickled cucumbers and juicy dumplings were very tasty.

I third the noodles. The other dishes weren't stand outs for me, the noodles were pretty good.
After an extensive search, there is a noodle man in Singapore. They are unrelated. This location seems to be the only one in the United States for sure.
