I third the noodles. The other dishes weren't stand outs for me, the noodles were pretty good.
The handmade noodles are what you want, no question. The steamed bao are also delicious and should not be missed.
I would say any of their dishes that have their handmade noodles either the knife noodles or normal noodles. I would avoid the rice noodle dishes cuz those are just from a package. If you want the best appetizer on the menu I would suggest the A4 spicy pork dumplings. And all they say spicy they really aren't at all so don't expect it
