Burger was so smashed down you could see the ridge of each finger from the hand print on top. Was super soggy as well. Fries had a texture and taste as if they had been made hours before. Five Guys has been decent in the past but this was terrible.

We just stopped here for milk shakes because it's hot outside. We were handed cups covered in chocolate syrup that weren't milkshakes at all. They were basically straight chocolate syrup, no frozen component at all. They were inedible. We did not complain because the woman who Handed them to us was surly. We just left. I don't know if it was an off day or if the shake machine wasn't working, in which case they should have just told me that.

Love love love their burgers! Can never go wrong ordering from here. Never been disappointed with the food. The wait time is a little longer than that of a fast food, but totally worth it.

Out of all locations I've been to, this one has been the best. Perfectly salted and cooked fries. Remembers to toast the bun. The lettuce is in good sized pieces for easy consumption. It is not soggy. Good job.
