My mother in law and friend lives here. The building is nice and I have met alot of great people but it seems like the management is lacking. The manager there is very odd and very unprofessional. I have seen her do some inappropriate things. If it wasnt for management I would recommend this place

I am a healthcare employee. I frequently go into all the senior buildings and assisted livings in Fairfield County. Pleasantview Place is a very nice building with wonderful residents, but what it is lacking is management! I have never witnessed a more unprofessional manager in my career. I have witnessed some very inappropriate behavior. If it was not for poor management, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this building

I moved to these apartments about two and a half years ago and I have never had one problem! I also have been reading some of the comments and feel they are unfair and unfounded , the one said that it was not 62 and older does not know or understand the situation about their loved one living here and if they have someone who is younger here with them it is to temporarily to help with their care, walk a mile in their shoes before you open your big month! And the comment about the manager here acting like a comedian that she found offensive has NEVER lived under our old manager which did not have any compassion or tolerance for older adults, comedy never hurt anyone, try some unless you are afraid to smile! There are good and not so good people living everywhere no one place is exempted. Life is what you make if you are miserable keep it to yourself don’t spew your misery!
