Hotel staff were excellent! Friendly smiles and great service at the front desk and at the morning breakfast. Stayed 3 days and didn't want to leave. Can't wait to come back!

Love this hotel! We've been staying here the last few visits to the west coast! It's very fresh n clean smelling...a welcoming place! All the staff were great that we had contact with! The breakfast on the other hand was delicious n savory. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuit n English muffin sandwiches, waffles, etc! The spread was delicious! The beds were comfortable n rooms fresh n clean! We'd stay here any given day n time! Basically our go to!

Canceled our reservation we had booked months in advance a few DAYS before we were going to fly out. Offered to move us to their "partner hotel" which was much further from where we needed to be in order to visit family and also had horrible ratings which included mentions of uncleanly rooms due to hosting pets and roaches. We had to find something else last second and we are lucky we did.. Terrible customer service. You're better off booking an air bnb in this area.
