Positive: Looked great, had a great location right near to the airport, loved the farmers field within 20 yards of the hotel. Good size room, nice grounds and parking lot. Negative: Plastic was covering the smoke detector, sludge/something in coffee maker, no 24-hour on site staff, one bed smelled of cigarette smoke. Talked to manager the next day and all I got was an apology and a comment about how she was going to talk to housekeep

Just checked in a little after three with no issues other than our booking app messed up and only reserved one room instead of two, but Angelo was very helpful and even offered us rooms right next to each other. Carpets and pillows are the only reason I’m giving it a 4, few stains on the carpet and somewhat lumpy pillows but the beds are comfy. No smell weird smell in either of our rooms. The ceiling/exhaust fan in the bathroom was inop though which didn’t help with the humidity when one of us took a shower. Property was decently maintained, pool could have used a cleaning on the bottom.

We arrived late from Key West on a Thursday night. At 11:30 pm we were given room 239 keys. We tried to open the door with no luck. We went to get new keys and they still did not work. Come to find out , we woke up someone staying in that room and they yelled “wrong room”. We had to get a new room 241. The room smelled and the bed had a huge crater/hole on the right side and the pillows were unacceptable. When we checked out of the motel to catch our fight, we had to check out with a man on the screen and we explained the bed situation to which he did not seem to care. My husband did not sleep well and his back is a mess.

Horrible management. Two hours after our check-in time, me and my family were still waiting in the lobby because they didn't have our room ready. The manager refused to see us and they offered no solution. So we sat in the lobby as a creepy portrait of the hotel's "visionary founder" loomed over us like a Big Brother poster. I will not be returning.
