Thank you for such a nice stay! Everything here is great! Right off 41 and close to everything. Rooms are renovated and very nice! Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Their attention to detail shows they care about the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. Like how the corners of the bed platform have matching foam cushions so you don't hurt your shin. Everything matches, and there are chairs and tables right outside the porch area of each room to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings in the shade. Staff here is excellent, owner is great, and their love for their property really shows. Many successful hotel chains are not up to this standard and could take a lesson from American Inn. I would 100% recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

This place is a motel not a hotel and at needs a fresh coat of paint. Before I rented a room the owner I think his name is Chuck took me on a tour and let me look at the insides of the rooms, they were absolutely stunningly gorgeous and well appointed he knows the outside needs a little bit of work. But the other clientele at the hotel we're obviously business Travelers and know that this is a secret gem right off of North Jones Loop and I-75 access to everything absolutely everything you need ice water soda attentive staff I actually went back a few days later got the same room and saw the same staff. Lock your car and get a room in the back like 101 or 102 and if you get over the fact that you're not at the Hilton or the Hyatt for the Ritz-Carlton you actually will understand why this is a secret gem.

The interior is much better looking than the exterior. Everything seemed clean, except for the floor. For the price, I'd stay there again.

It's okay... Very basic rooms for the price, but kept clean. The fragrance they used to clean their sheets was too strong for me and their pillows are mini sized for some reason, and stiff. There is no pool and no breakfast. I believe we paid $100 on a Friday.
