Unprofessional wouldn't work with me after the guy said that he would and it was my first time after I been paying early for 10 months then when returned the box spring it still had the original plastic on it no stain no nothing and refusing to close my account saying it was damaged and refused to let me speak to the supervisor and still charging me when no longer in my possession and the return policy states it doesn't have to be in the original package and told him I am not held responsible when the other store picked it up just absolutely insane

I been going through Aron's in Hattiesburg, and there staff is ignorant and rude, they then they say I half to return my items when I'm still paying for my items till this day, and not understanding why I half to return my items when I'm still paying on them, and I have thy proof of me paying on my items from my government card. I do not recommend this store at all with how they are.

This is the second time in a week someone has came banging on my door thinking we have furniture that they need to Repossess when in fact we have not bought anything from them and already called letting them know they have the wrong address. Just had to come to the door to see what was going on and they think a Jennifer lives here. Get the ADDRESS RIGHT and stop banging on our door THANKS!!!

Best place to rent from. Been doing business with them several years. Moved out of state will miss them. Everyone there is so friendly make you feel like family.

if you are still leasing it and are in the club through the lease you should take it back. The company should give you a loaner and fix or offer another at no charge. If you bought it out-right and its new the factory warranty should cover fixing any problems
