I havent had any issues with the people so far.. I'm just trying to get threw to someone to see the status of my case.. .. seems that all the numbers I have are out of service or busy.. so I cant get anyone but an automated thing and it doesnt help me with what I'm trying to do..

Not very helpful. I wish I could tell you that the complaints against this institution is not accurate, but unfortunately people complaints are well placed. These are not professionals. They make plenty of mistakes at your expense. Watch your money. Keep all documentations and call them regularly. Good luck.
