I initially scheduled my appt online. The appt was scheduled a week out, I’m assuming to give my glass time to come in. Once I made it back in town, I went to the location to see if they could squeeze me in sooner. The receptionist said no bc the system was still trying to find a location who had the glass. I was told she would call me if it came in sooner and also call me the day before my appt if the glass hadn’t come in to reschedule. I called three days later, still wasn’t in. I made it to my 8:30AM appt the following Tuesday only to be told my glass still hasn’t come in, but it should be same day or the following. I called from Tuesday-Monday because no one contacted me..the glass still wasn’t in. The excuse was since Covid it’s been hard to get BMW glass but I have a Mercedes. I contacted City Glass, it was in overnight and fixed within 30mins the next morning. I waited almost three wks to have my back glass fixed, that’s not professional with no communication unless I called. Sometimes, you have to pay more for promptness and professionalism.

I went in because a rock hit my window and left with my windshield cracked on a brand new car. Now they want to charge me $1300 for a new windshield or pay my deductible on my insurance. Such a rip off and I'll never use them again.

You could not ask for better service. I had to come from out of town they dropped me off with my family then replaced my window and dropped it off at where were eating. The best experience anyone could ask for. Keep up the good work.

I was very impressed! I made an appointment online and when I arrived they had me in and out very quickly! Also, everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend especially with the online appointment option!
