Magnificent Journey

I went to this Metrostore on Hwy. 20W in McDonough Georgia on yesterday in order to upgrade 2 cell phones and to purchase a new phone for my granddaughter and I am happy to say that the young ladies running this store did not disappoint! I had driven clear across town bc of poor experiences at 2 other locations, but I had read excellent reviews about this location. Ms Taliah and Ms. Yasmeen were on point from the minute I walked in. Very high energy professional and thorough, they both went above and beyond to assist me with my upgrade issue and to explain which phones would work best for my granddaughter, (a very daunting task for a senior citizen might I add). We were truly made to feel like like valued customers and not just another sale. My family and I now have a new store where we will be taking all of our business and we will definitely be referring all our friends and family!

The smile the attitude the best I've had in a long minute. You need more out there like her. She went beyond anyone else I've dealt with in a long time. Excellent customer service where you won't feel pressured to buy anything. I went on a Saturday morning, not too busy to upgrade my phone. The reps are very knowledgeable and don't try to up sale you. I checked out what I wanted online before going and was encouraged to learn even more at the store. They had a nice vibe with music playing and Jasmine was the best!
