They broke my dam Bmw it went there after a minor wreck kept it for three months nothing wrong with transmission went to get it it wouldn't move tell me I need s transmission. I see a lawsuit in my future.

Does the dealer still add a shop fee surcharge to cover rags and paper towels? I wish I could charge a toilet paper and paper towel surcharge at my business......that is so lame....and unprofessional at the fees they charge

The shop fee is whatever gets used by their techs . This is not unheard of. Any supplies used while servicing your vehicle isn't free...

Call the dealer, they should be able to help you.

Think twice about doing business with this dealership. What they say they sell is not necessarily what you get. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW from them, and later when I discovered it had after market parts improperly installed.

If OME parts were not specifically requested before repairs started, it may be difficult. The BMW dealer only uses OME

I have purchased a used (2002) BMW. There is a dash light that came on, Its the speed limiter signal, but I'm not sure what it's meaning is. Can someone explain?
