Very timely service. Employees were very attentive and polite. Employees made sure i was up to date on all service recommendations. Service manager went out of her way to complete service last minute. Very nice waiting area. Highly rcommend this dealer service dept.

The service was done in the time I was told it would take and completed with no problem. The service advisor was courteous and helpful. The main problem at Allstar North is the phone system. I had to call 5 times to speak to someoneabout making an appointment. The system would go trough the " all our agents are busy two times and then hang up. Once I was answered by Charlotte, she handled the call politely and scheduled the appointment I requested. Your phone system is annoying, and makes it difficult to conduct business with Allstar. I am sure you are aware of this, because I have had the same phone experience for the last 2 years.
