Seat back in booth was broken so had to move to other side and sit next to wife. Took 10 minutes before server spoke to us. Almost left the restaurant. Food was ok and up to chilis standard.

We went to chili’s for the first time in a while, and now I remember why we stopped going, it was horrible. They had one waiter and he was the host also, he was the only good thing about chili’s. We got soup and salad, it was awful. There croutons where so stale, the salad even tasted old. The soup was cold, of the soup we really wanted was not available because it was still on the truck.I don’t know what happen to chili’s but I remember when you couldn’t get in the place cause they were so busy. Not so much anymore.

Never coming back here. This place is worse than ever. I go in, Host and available server discussing for a whole minute whose section I will be sitting in, then ask me if i mind sitting at a high top at the bar. It’s no biggie to me. I sit there looking at the menu for long five minutes, time during which i was not greeted by a server, and the host and I cross eyes 3 times and doesnt even ask If i got served yet. I ran out of patience and left. Staff did not even apologized. I do not recoment this chain to anyone
