I was transfer to shipping/warehouse department this morning, once transfer someone was very rude and unprofessional with helping me wouldn't give me a name even hung up the phone on me. But, Derick Kimble took hold of the situation and helped me with the reason for the phone call today. :)

Yes. Anyone working inside the facility must be clean shaven.
