After driving from 11055 Airline Hwy to All Outdoor Store in Brusly in stop & go traffic yesterday (Friday), I arrived at 4:02 pm. The iron gate was already closed, no vehicles anywhere, & not a soul in sight either in the front or back. If I can find what I need at another store I will NOT be giving my business to this store again.

My experience here was awful. I gave them the model number serial number and every other number that is on the machine including the tags on the transmission which I needed a cooling fan they told me they had what I needed so I drove the 50 minutes to get there looked at the fan told the guy it didn’t look like the one I needed he said that’s the one. drove all the way back home wrong fan .... call them back talk to someone else they told me I didn’t need the fan all it does is keep the oil in the transmission cool 😐oooook then while I was there I needed some more parts for a chainsaw tried to give the guy the model number told me he didn’t need it they’re all the same needless to say apparently they’re not get home with the parts Yep you guessed it wrong again still waiting for them to call me about the The transmission cooling fan because apparently they did not have the one I needed so they had to order it and this is been about two weeks now I had to wind up ordering the one I needed off of eBay and had it within three days and all I had to do was put in the part number. If I did this to a customer I would give them a full refund and I would give them the parts they needed free of charge. totally ridiculous.
