Needed to rent a car while my van was being fixed. My insurance went thru jasper enterprise. When I called to make the reservation, I was told if I wanted to go to a bigger car it would just cost me $3 a day, insurance would cover the rest. I even said $3 a day is not bad at all. They also said they would take $50 out of my account and then put it back in when I returned the car if everything was ok. They took $69.52 out of my account and put $23.97 back in. I had the car for 6 days which should have been $18.00. When I called to ask what was going on I was told there were taxes and fees that added up to$27.55. I was never told about taxes and fees which almost doubled the $3 a day I was supposed to pay. I don’t have a problem if I’m told the whole story and make an informed decision, but when I’m lied to, I’m sorry, but that doesn't go well. Be careful with this place!!!!

Fast, affordable, tidy, and friendly. Jasper Enterprise is accommodating and appreciated. Although they do not have a one way drop off(s) due to personel.

I rented this car with a credit card advice if you do this it usually takes about 30 days But the people were real nice and helpful
