I’m a small business owner that was issued a CBD permit. 3 months later after the permit was issued, agents entered my small fitness studio with hands on their guns attempting to bully me because they said they made a mistake and that my 4 let me repeat 4 CBD products, which are licensed across the US aren’t legal in our state!! But here’s the kicker the ATC took $675 from my bank account then stated they never received the money. The lady Mrs Pham in legal was the most inappropriate, unprofessional, pretentious person I have ever spoken to. She made a nasty comment about teachers in our state and she mocked my words as to be a bully! Shameful!!

today Feb 13th the ATC through Open Safely issued new guidlines for pool darts and other bar games ....they are allowed in bars with Conditional Licenses and bars that are open in a parish with a positivity rate below 5
