The doctors in Covington really care about your pets! After EVERY visit, they call the next day to see how your pet is doing! They want to make sure that your pet didn't react to the vaccinations and to see if you had any questions. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. We have been using Banfield health insurance for over 20 years. It's the best thing we have done for our pets!
