Car rental companies can be a pain but if you have communication it can make things easier. I received ABSOLUTELY no communication on what needed to be done. How to return the car, if I need to put gas in etc. I say something to the man helping me (older heavier man; did not tell me his name) and he argues with me vs. Taking my feedback. I am someone who manages a business as well and if a CUSTOMER is giving you feedback arguing with them is not the solution. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM A HERTZ AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. No wonder my insurance suggested I go with enterprise but hertz was closer so I picked them, never again. Do not waste your money and time at least at this location. I’m sure another location might have a more polite person upfront that doesn’t feel the need to be combative with customers.

Lafae was the woman taking care of me and the owner or manager who i never spoke to was crystal. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pre booked a an SUV online and paid for it online a week in advanced. Was scheduled to pick up after work today Thursday at 4:30, i get there and she says oops we have a problem, can’t get the car because the type of car needs to be on a credit card…that’s great except i rushed from work to hertz and my wife has all the credit cards which she is over an hour away and closes At 5. We leave tomorrow at 6 for vacation and now have to wait 7-10 business days to get both charges back in my account (600 dollars) please don’t come here and take your money to a place where they appreciate their customers.

Hertz sent me a reservation confirmation for a van that indicated that the office closed at 6pm. I arrived at 5.30 and it was closed. I called Hertz to make sure my reservation would be available at the same rate at 9am next morning. They assured me that it would be, and even made a note on my record. I arrived at 9am and was told that there were no vans available, even though there were two parked right outside. Apparently they were reserved for other customers! Moral of the story-never believe anything that Hertz says and this office is beyond bad. I will never use Hertz again and would encourage everyone to stay away. They are inefficient, dishonest, and rude.
