This company is by far the worst, I’ve been going back and forth with them about a manhole that damaged the subframe on my car. The “Claims Adjuster” is trying her best to get some “bonus money”. She insisted that she’s been in auto claims for 6 years and she has never seen this happen and doubted that the manhole damaged it. The construction company that’s insured by them sent over partial photos. I had to submit my own photos . She then stated that according to state guidelines that the construction zone was up to state code which it was not . I went out there with my own tape measure and showed them that the manhole was 3” inches out of the ground . I sent photos in . Now they are saying that they do not have pictures of the photos the day of . I went back and found photos I took the day of. They are trying their best to deny my claim but it’s not going to happen . I would give them below a zero if I could . I will be contacting the better business bureau next. The construction company even went back and tried to pave around the manhole after the claim was found. They knew they were in the wrong !

Would give a negative rating but can’t. DO NOT enroll with this company they are beyond unethical, inept and dishonest (putting it tactfully). They will do anything not to honor your insurance agreement/contract despite all of the money you have paid in. They act if it’s theirs. God bless they don’t get their bonuses or their 2.5 billion is touched while your health and well being is compromised. They hire individuals who are incompetent to lie so they don’t have to pay. The delay responses, they question any issues, the offer no support and are arrogant when communicating. The agency should not even exist or should be overhauled by the State and Federal regulators.
