This company (or atleast department) is TERRIBLE. Very unprofessional, unorganized, the representatives are very rude and hang up on calls all the time. IMPOSSIBLE to reach the coordinators they alwasy seem to be unavailable and never call back. I have been trying to reach them regarding personal issues since OCTOBER and not a SINGLE call back and after a couple weeks of trying to get ahold of someone and being told periodically I have a new coordinator with no bead up prior, they just started hanging up on me. Now, I have gotten NO warning about a mandate for proof of covid vaccination at all and I use stop getting paid because I'm supposed to be a mind reader? I can't get ahold of anybody. Every coordinator is "unavailable " and there's supposedly nobody else at all that can assist me. At this point they just hang up as soon as the call starts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CDPAP AT ALL!!! I have had nothing but problems since I lost my first coordinator, he (ralph)was the only good professional person I ever had contact with through them. Many more examples but not listing them here obviously. Just take this head up!! Don't use Edison.

It is a good place to work, however there were times when I needed to speak with the case worker for my client and was unable to get in touch with her. She didn't return phone calls or texts in a timely manner either.
