Do not give them you trust with your family members. The owner Josephine is a rude lady that should be ashamed of treating her employees with disrespect. She is discriminating and has zero interest in her business. If she is treating the people that work for her badly, I could only imagine how she treats the residents. They only care about getting paid and don’t care about their residents. They give our poor care and will not help out a resident that is only paying for the room. The residents are constantly getting ill from the poor care.Her manager Minerva is performing acts of nepotism. I repeat do not give them your trust with loved ones.
