My husband was unfortunate enough to stay the night in this absolutely disgusting hotel. The 1st room he was given the shower had built up soap scum with long dark hairs matted it, the towels were filthy with someone else's dirty hand prints, a dirty used sock behind a chair, the phone receiver was so sticky and gunky it was stuck, and a dark sticky film gave off on a tissue, fried rice in the bed itself . Nothing had been dusted, wiped down, sanitized or washed. The 2nd room they gave him wasn't any better. The staff didn't care and admitted to not stripping rooms completely down before the booked it to another paying customer. Absolute filth!

the hotel is okay. nice breakfast area, although we didn’t get to get any as we were in a hurry and we were only staying one night. the pool looked pretty nice and they have vending machines. the beds are filthy. the had hair, crumbs that weren’t ours, and the smell of smoke. the bathroom smelled like mold and the toilet was dirty. the chairs had food and were wet. when I was trying to sleep, i heard singing outside and it took for what seemed like forever to stop lol. then later in the night I heard two men fighting in the hallway. i stayed under the reservation of another name. We didn’t want to call the front desk and complain because it was only a night so why complain? I hope your management takes the time to see this and make some changes to make this hotel better. 🙂

I went here for the pool mainly, your key can no longer get you in and out of the pool you have to wait for the front desk person to let you in and out of the pool area. The pool was not very clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room was somewhat clean I’m a stickler about hair and there was hair in our bathroom and in the shower.

I felt the rooms were overpriced. A lot of the breakfast was put away early so we missed hot items, but still got some cold items. Coffee maker was filthy and I cleaned it but was so grossed out by what I seen inside of it that I didn't use it.
