Dear management, owner whoever is reading this. Nobody ever asked me if I was ok or needed medical attention. I will be going to ER in the morning cause I've had a headache ever since I hit my head, which also caused me to fall on my stairs. And body shaming is something that should not happen at your hotel. That chair was broke once already I have the pictures to prove that.

My belongings were stolen from room. Bedbugs throughout. Cereal served for breakfast had LIVE ants in it. No elevator. Smells rancid throughout the hotel. The smell of smoke and loud noise kept me up all hours of the night. The phones do not work. The staff doesn't seem to mind the unruly guests or the thefts. Beware the owner has made several attempts to write his own reviews. His last name is Singh. I did inform the front desk several times. I even filed a police report. I spoke with Singh the owner as well. Who informed me since I called the police he didn't want to help. As far as the bedbugs that is no "Mere day dream."

Negative: All night I heard the people above walking, jumping up & down or whatever they were doing. Even on the ground floor I could tell by walking around the structure was not solid. Very poor sound isolation, I got zero sleep!

This place was good a couple years ago. I recently stayed and NOTHING was clean in my room. Hair in tub. Floor was not vacuumed. Mirrors dirty. Cigarette burns in bedding when it was a non smoking room. Totally disappointed and felt ripped off! I cannot recommend this conveniently located place anymore!
