Only getting one star for the fact that if y'all are now closing around 5 you should change your hours on your Google maps i just try to stop at this location at 430 and got told by an employee outside that y'all will be closing shortly. Now I know why the line at Burger King is so long. Just saying if you guys are going to close this early you need to change your hours on your Google maps. The guessing game of trying to to get to this location before you close is ridiculous. This is the third time I've come to this Jack in the box location and they said we are closed Wednesday June 8th 2022 around 6pm and was told that they are closed for the day due to shortages if you're that understaffed why open in the first place if you're not going to be open you need to post signs that tell people that they are closed very unprofessional.

I only like the fife and pacific jack in the box. Auburn sucks for all reasons. Rude workers and won't let you use 2 coupons or if you forget to order an item cuz of there pushyness they won't allow you to. But pacific, and fife are so nice and will accommodate you if you forget something and when they make a mistake on your order they fix it and then some. Unlike auburn wouldn't even fix my wrong order twice now, and was hella rude about it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Food was made fresh; very obvious due to how hot it was. Greatly appreciated.

Need to pick up the speed a bit faster , and better costumers service , not just pushing them through the drive tho .We should be moving a lot quicker than that, Denise.
