Very easy! We visited the middle of September, mid morning and parking was easily accessible and abundant. Figuring out the ticket payment system seemed a challenge for most. I think it os because it takes so long to process that they think they have done something wrong.

There is an admission to get in. I think it is $15 for the remainder of the year you bought it in, but there is no parking fee

Yes plenty of room to park an RV. The parking attendants will guide you.
Year round. Is a pretty quick place to go. They participate in the junior Ranger program if you have kids and they do ranger talks at the monument.
You just have to pay for parking there is no additional cost to get in to see the monument
