Downstream Casino RV and Truck Parking

Normally I would give this Casino a 5 Star rating due to the excellent shuttle service they have for truck drivers who have to park a distance from the casino. But today as we always do when we are passing thru Joplin MO, we stop at the Downstream Casino for a little fun and the fine buffet. But what really makes us smile is the nice people who run the shuttle. Today the shuttle stopped running at 3pm instead of 11pm and because I am handicapped I had no way to get to the casino. When I called to see if they had an alternative resource I was very surprised there was not any type of resource available, not even a wheel chair. We have been coming here for two years now but I'm not sure if we will be back. It's not like they have no money and couldn't get someone to work for the nice lady who usually drives. And since we were not getting a room, we were not important enough to go out of there way for a Veteran. Amazing what people will do to hide there true colors but in reality just show who they really are. I spend a lot of money here. Not sure if I will anymore.

Easy Truck parking and they have a shuttle to casino

Truck parking is very easy to get to! Just follow the signs as you come into the casino. The also offer shuttle service but tbh it's not a far walk at all.

Great choice if you want to stay closer to the casino than the RV park, but still want hookups. First night free if you are a Q Club member. Easy access, hookups are in good shape (although the water was turned off due to the cold temperatures), level enough to be comfortable. Nice view of the Bison pastures.
