They used to do our recycling service and when they did actually pick it up, our can would end up in random places down the alley. Then they cancelled the service, and tried to charge us to restart it. Now they just do our trash service and our can gets left in the road about 3/4 of the time. If I could switch services, I would, but they're the only option available. You'd thunk they would do better if they wanted to keep our city's contract.

On July 5, 2022 the trash truck somehow slammed the arm that picks up the trash can down on my curb and completely busted about 2 foot or more of my curb. They left the huge chunk of concrete laying in the road. I know it was the trash truck because there is blue paint all over the busted chunk of concrete. I called on July 6, 2022 to let trash company know the truck destroyed my curb. I was told I would receive a call in 3 business days. No one has called me & it is has been 7 business days. I called again today, was placed on hold for 30 minutes & was finally told someone would call me back. The next week when they picked up my trash, the truck dragged the concrete chunk out in the road for people to run over & damage their vehicles. I had to drag the chunk of concrete back to my curb area.

I put my trash at the curb the night before the morning route and when they came by they took the neighbors trash but not mine. I called and my son called, we were both told they would come back but the day is now over and they never came. I guess they feel like they don't need to provide a decent service because the city bills everyone automatically, doesn't matter if they do there job

This location charges a $100 gate fee, I believe. The trash drop-off moved to Joplin.
