If you have health conditions go elsewhere, I was treated horribly by the nurse who saw me. • was immediately rude. • She ignored me to write down or mention my health conditions in her notes. • Cut me off , & said i was fine & to go home. • Culturally Insensitive • Triggered my currently undiagnosed health conditions (if she listened in the first place she would've known!) • purposefully publicly humiliated me by shouting only personal stuff louder. • caused my heart rate to go up ( supposed to not let that happen due to my undiagnosed health conditions) • refused to step back a few feet to let me calm down, saying she wont because its special privilege (for her move a few feet back away from me). Honestly with it being one of two places near by, ide probably choose to die then go there again after all of that...

My name is Margaret Hewitt I was admitted to the hospital on 5/1 and checked out on 5/4/22 My purpose for this note is to compliment all the nurses for their concern of my needs and the kindness they showed while I was their at the hospital. I think they went over and above in my care, they're committed to their duties as a Nurse and proved that by their knowledge and experience rose above the normal expectations. One nurse named Jenny spent time with me explaining how I might makr my life better using smart choices of food, caring for my hygienic knowledge regarding my circumstances. Her personality shined and made me smile when I was lucky enough to see her on duty. She had the gift of encouragement, the gift to put me at ease in my circumstances. She had a funny personality and immediately put me at ease. She was a true treasure and made my life's circumstances easier to understand. Truly a star 🌟 in her field. I was on the third floor room 3015B but moved me to a different room I just want to comment the nurses..they were all about doing their jobs with 🥰 perfection. personality and dedication! Thank you all so much and Jenny....thank you for everything ❤️

I was dehydrated and fainted at home on 2-8-22, and fell on the back of my head and had a small open wound . Blood was dripping. The paramedics were wonderful and treated me with care and kindness. I felt safe and they took me to ER at SRMC. The ER team were wonderful and full of care and kindness also. I received 2 stitches for my open wound. Thank you Dr for stitching me up! They wanted to make sure it wasn't more than dehydration, and I agreed to be admitted in the hospital. They took chest xray, MRI, EEG, blood work, urine, and everything came back negative. It gave me a great sense of relief there was nothing major wrong! The Dr's, technicians, nurses, nurses aides, especially Nurse Kim, and all involved gave me excellent care! I heard negative words about hospital foods, but I really enjoyed their food!! It was delicious and I ATE everything!! I was released on 2-10-22. Thank you SRMC !!!💖❤💖❤🤟👍👌

That over 50 years ago. I would ask how long that they keep there filles before they destroyed them. Or did they keep them on microfilm or flops. The hospital has gone through some changes since then. Make sure you have the SS number. And you must be the parents or that patient I don't think other family members can get those files expect by Court order. I hope that this helps.
