went with my 2 kids for a manicure and pedicure and they sat us for pedicure all together. Started on my kids and no one ever came for me. It wasn't until my kids were getting a manicure and I went to pay and complain that they offered to do my manicure to which I declined because we had already been here for an hour and my kids aren't going to wait for me to finish. Poor management and customer service.

***This goes to show how far customer service goes*** Before me and my mother’s most recent visit, we hadn’t been to this salon in about 3-4 years. But based on how we enjoyed our experience years ago, we decided to go back during Mother’s Day. When we got there, we were rushed through EVERYTHING. It seemed like we blinked and it was over. The lady who serviced my mother was very rude and rough with her. She talked rudely about her throughout the whole service. Not to mention my nails weren’t shaped right and the young lady who did my pedicure left skin around my cuticle area. My mother’s pedicure was also messed up. They’ve went up on their prices to compensate for the lack of business and that’s because of their POOR SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would. They’ve definitely fell off.

The lady who did my lash extensions and waxed and tinted my eyebrows on Saturday, April 2nd, cut me. It is a cut. She treated it but they offered nothing for injuring me during a process that doesn’t even use a sharp tool. How did I get cut? They wouldn’t answer. Also I got individual lashes which normally last about 2-3 weeks, but 1 week minimum. The equivalent of a whole strip of individual lashes came off of one eye the very next morning. They didn’t even last 12 hours! UPDATE: after the tinting came out my eyebrows are nowhere near equal in size. One is much skinnier than the other. If it’s not Angie doing the lashes and brows , proceed with caution.

They took me right away as a walk in. I just wanted to soak off my no chip to go ahead with a plain manicure with no polish. Boy are my hands sore! The male tech acted as if he was scraping and sanding paint off a brick wall. When I said "too rough" the tech just smiled. $30 and my nails look terrible.
