Like most fast food places I guess they need more help slow service

Ordered 4 orders of hot cakes, request additional condiments, never received napkins yet I specified napkins, syrup, butter and forks, had to pay for the syrup never received the napkins and only received the 2 forks I had to request. This place has lost its values! It has lost so may customers. The manager is Drew, very poor customer service. I don't recommend this place

They can't get orders right.. they messed my order up 2 times on da same order..as well as other people's.. I wish I can give zero star's..

Unfortunately we waited a very long time because the team was under staffed causing a partial closure. Our order wasn't taken properly. That always was an inconvenience. I rarely go to this location and now I remember why.
