First off customer service was horrible the lil gurl at the counter attitude was awful.. I asked if she was having a bad day she said no, was just rude took my order wrong then got mad when she had to make adjustments (smh) then a young lady came to my help out she was more presentable but went to say y'all not from out here after I ask sub of fries since I DNT eat cold slaw which is included in the dinner..I seen this place at the Skydeck museum on the must taste wall. The rib& chicken was good fries was not. I'm from Cali and love seasoned good food. If ever your in Los Angeles visit House of Hawkins Burgers.

This was my 1st time here they cook the chicken fresh and seasoned to perfection. This location is the reason Harold's chicken still in business. Love this place.

Customer service is horrible. I will never go back. Don't waste your time. Waited 30 mins for a call in that was placed 30 minutes before I got there. Told me 20 minutes Ober the phone. Then you get an attitude when I ask about my food. Never again

I haven't had chicken this good in ages, the meat was thoroughly cooked and super juicy, the mild sauce is great but the barbecue sauce is even better, they're extremely friendly and always smiling as well, definitely will be glad to return.

The food is good but after my first time there I will be phone in my order ahead of time. They do have a sign posted about the wait.
Complacency and poor customer service!!!!!! People tend to go here because of location. I too hate the long drawn out waits because the staff is too damn busy talking to each other then taking care of the customers and getting us the OUT of there!!!!!
Sometimes the food can be very good sometimes it can just be okay like someone said they're not making $20 an hour and lunch hour can be a monster but like you said but it doesn't give them an excuse for rudeness or bad quality of food
I don't like this Harold's Chicken at all and I live very close to it but I drive to the Harold's Chicken on 72nd & Western food is very good and prices better and service is good to
