Complacency and poor customer service!!!!!! People tend to go here because of location. I too hate the long drawn out waits because the staff is too damn busy talking to each other then taking care of the customers and getting us the OUT of there!!!!!
That's one reason I stopped going there and the food wasn't so great either...
