I don't know how something as simple as a baguette could taste so amazing. But theirs do. If they can work miracles with a baguette, just imagine what they can do with pastries and other treats ( chocolate pistachio danish pictured).

I discovered my new favorite afternoon stop accidentally when I forgot to get the bus at the mall & needed coffee & lunch/supper when got to Nyack. Now I plan to be there weekly! Each savory crepe is a work of art stick & culinary art, making it necessary to take an hour to eat to get all the enjoyment I can as my main meal of the day. Huge crepe, comes with salad. Amazing mushroom crepe (never had bechamel love it omg!) And today the sunny side crepe, full of spinach, bacon, cheese with egg on top & large salad w superb dressing. And always a pastry to take home! My weekly food highlight! Oh and the coffees are exceptional 😁😁👍👍
