Yeah walked in nice and cool, bank kelp clean, but the service sucked thought I was being checked out just to cash a check from nealson ratings thought they were going to do a credit check before I could cash it, nealson better get a better banking Service, the bank was fine, service sucked

We had a completely fantastic experience with Jonathan Sunshine at Citibank here in Palm Springs. While we were just getting some documents notarized he was incredible -- Friendly, so personable and accommodating. When we move here full time, we are so putting our money in this bank because of the great customer service.

Horrible customer service. Waited half an hour for someone to even acknowledge we walked in, and when we asked the manager if we could get some help he snarled and told us to just "sit down and wait". As of today we switched our business accounts to Chase. Don't go near this place, there are plenty of other banks to choose from.
