$19.58 for two front wiper rubber inserts seems a bit high. Could get new set of Trico wiper blades on Amazon for $22.

Never Back!Never choose Honda !Last night I paid $630 to fix my car. I got my car back and I just drove for two hours and the engine light came on again. I drove the car back to Honda right away. They spent another night checking my car. Same problem. They need me to pay again $1800 to repair my car. They didn't fix my car. I'm not sure if i pay then again again they'll fix my car. I don't think so. please let friends know! I never come back.!Never!bad bad bad service!!!

It’s a shame that Honda continues to provide the worst service experience in the industry. It’s just so disappointing and frustrating! This service center, in particular, is among the the top 3 places you should avoid. Getting your car serviced, even for a simple oil change, takes a minimum of 4 hours (on average). They are always swarmed! I still don’t understand why they haven’t opened another service center to help solve this issue? The prices of both, the parts and particularly labor are extremely high. So, come mentally prepared to spend a fortune. The service advisors are always trying to sell you goods or services, that many times are unnecessary. Also, in several occasions, they are unable to make an accurate diagnose of your vehicle. Finally, if you have a vehicle older than three years, they will try to convince you to buy a new one every time you visit the service center. It all comes down to horrible management. But, it seems that Paragon Honda doesn’t care. It’s just as simple as that, and it’s a shame! You have been warned.

I made an online appointment for service at 12:00 - one of the available spots. I came at 12:00. There were several cars at the reception. I got admitted at 12:20. The representative told me that it will take 2 hours. At 3:00 he told me that it will take 45 min more. at 4:00 he told me that it will take additional 30 min. I got my car at 5:10! It was a simple oil/filter change and the manufacturer's recall that took, according to their own bill, 0.3 hours. How does it sum up to almost 5 hours? I had to spend these hours in a crowded waiting room with rundown chairs? O yes, there was a coffee machine, and an empty creamer jar standing by and no napkins. To complete the picture, the toilet was soiled and smelly. Car delivery at the end was a mess: not clear where to go, to whom hand the release papers and where to wait for the car. It took 10 more minutes to get the car. What a service! And there even was no apology from the representative at the end. Never again to this place! Well, I came to this place again: I decided to give them a second chance, hoping things have changed. They have – to the better. I came to remove wheel locks since I lost the key. The service advisor, Marley Pagan, was courteous and friendly. He told me that the estimated time would be a couple of hours. The car was ready in less then 3 hours. The price was very reasonable: $90 – much less then quoted by another shop. While waiting to pick up the car, two workers approached me to check what car I was waiting for. The car was delivered in about 5 min. As to the waiting area: it was clean, including toilets. By the coffee machine there was a creamer, napkins and even bagels with cream cheese. The toilet was clean too. What a change! I would give them this time 5 stars.
