This is a great apartment building with an exceptional team led by two superstars: Kace and Julia. The amenities are top notch and include a gym, a pool table, rooftop and grills. Many of the apartments have a nice view of the harbor but the courtyard view is nice too. Maintenance is seamless and the app works really well to keep you updated on progress of any requests. We didn’t tour the facilities live given Covid but everything exceeded our expectations!

Amazing location, beautiful harbor views, wonderful apartments & amenities, and the management team is extremely attentive and helpful. Kace and all others on staff are always very kind and a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend living here, definitely worth the money.

I dont believe there are any 1 bed units left. Price is around $2500 on the low end
