I wouldn't go here unless you're actually in the middle of dying, because you're just going to be left in the waiting room all day. Saw a woman with heart attack symptoms, she was left in the waiting room. A guy cut off his finger, he was waiting for several hours, a woman vomiting blood in the corner and passing out periodically, left completely alone. I was there because my entire arm is covered in a severe rash with a bad infection/allergic reaction. They didn't even look at it and sent me to wait. After sitting there for 4 hours without a word I gave up and left. Absolutely disgusting patient care. They don't care about you, don't go here.

My wife was admitted last night after a 7 hour stay in the emergency room. She was taken to room 3510 and was not alliwed to go with her. It is now 5am and i am trying to find out when is her surgery, what time, where to wait for ger. There is no communication. Thanks Bob

Was in Er on Tuesday. Great staff and terrific nurses. Was sent to 2 south. All the doctors were great. Nursing staff very safety oriented. There was always someone there and they were professional and caring. A big thank you to all.Debbie O’Toole God bless you all. Thanks Dr. Chao

It doesn't matter if u are vaccinated or not to enter the ER. There is a 1 visitor a day policy (when u have a bed in the back). As per visitors in waiting room, sometimes they're allowed in & sometimes they have to wait in their car until the patient gets a bed in the back.

I been to the emergency room at mather hospital. And they treated me like I was one of their own. Never had a problem, with the nurses or doctors.
