If I could Give zero stars, I would. I’m writing this review, not as a customer but as a medical professional. I tried To call a prescription for a patient post surgery. The woman pharmacist that I spoke With was the most unprofessional medical professional I have Ever spoken to in my 15 years of calling prescriptions in to pharmacies. As soon as I told Her what the rx was she immediately said no, you’re not calling from a doctors office. I was A little taken back and said excuse me? She said the number on the caller id isn’t coming up. I told her I was Unsure why but I’d be happy to have her call me at the office. She then asked for the doctors license number which I gave Her and she responded that he wasn’t listed with that license number— he’s been practicing medicine in NJ since the 1980s. She then calls my office and When you press the option to speak to a receptionist it says our receptionists name, not mine as I’m not the receptionist. She then threw a fit and was questioning why I was Answering someone else’s phone in my office. At this point I wanted To hang up but knew the patient needed her medication. I told the pharmacist if she didn’t want to fill the rx just to tell me and I’d tell the patient. She said I dont Understand why your office is 20 mins away from the pharmacy and the patient can’t go closer. What??? The patient lives 5 mins from YOUR pharmacy. I then Told her I would Fax her the patients insurance card and a letter head from Our office if she wanted to. She said “yes that will expedite for the patient”. Ok great. I fax it. I said “Are you definitely going to fill this rx before I tell The patient to head over”. Pharmacist says yes. Fast forward over an hour later, patient goes to the pharmacy. They ask her to have a seat. 20 mins later call her up and tell her we need your insurance card to which the patient told her my doctors office sent it to you- it’s in your hand. She said yes I know but I want You to show me your card. At this point they were playing major games and the patient left. Called CVS, on the phone for two minutes calling the rx in and patient got it immediately. Pharmacist made the doctors office feel like a criminal. Pharmacist has been reported to state board. Stay away from these horrible people.

So very unprofessional. Make you sit and wait after prescriptions were called in hours prior, and they were never filled. Questioned my doctors office as to why a person from Belleville was going to a Dr in Westfield. Rude and nasty owner. Will never return stay away.
