The atmosphere at Riccis is always pleasant and cheerful. But this time it was my stylist, Grace, who should get all the credit. She did an incredible job on my cut and color. She listened to me and really understood what my goals were. Her execution of what we discussed seemed almost effortless. As soon as she revealed my color I knew I was in great hands. The cut and blow dry was also perfect. It was as if I had been her client for years when really it was our first time meeting. She provided some really helpful tips for me to do at home and she didn't push for me to purchase anything I didn't need, which I always appreciate. I will absolutely see Grace again for my next hair appointment.

Murphy is professional, competent, patient and friendly. A lovely person. Her work is quick and thorough. She has my highest praise. The shop is clean, modern and inviting. The seats are comfortable and shampoo station attractive and well stocked. The receptionist made a convenient reservation, greeted me nicely and processed the payment correctly.
