I love my hair, but the service I received was so awful. I was there from 10am to 4pm for a partial highlight & a haircut. That's 6 hours of sitting in a chair without any food or drink or any clue of what's going on, and I had no service to let anyone know I was still getting my hair done and not to worry. I had an anxiety attack sitting at the sink because it was taking so long. I understood that it would take a little longer seeing as I had students working on my hair. There should have been way more supervision by instructors, because it seemed like the 1 instructor was handling more than she could by herself. But 6 hours is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I called and all they said was "it's students they take longer. All we can do is give you a free (18 dollar)haircut " Nothing about the anxiety or anything about not being able to eat or drink anything. I am so shocked at how my complaint was handled, why would I want to go back to a place where i was not treated as I should be? The girl who took over my hair after the first girl had to leave, Deb, was amazing. She deserves a huge hug & a huge tip. Other than her, I was treated horribly!

Staff are very friendly and timely, I came for a trim. My hair was cut 3 inches shorter than I asked and is not evenly cut in the back. The teacher must have been busy, they did not come to check the students work like they usually do. Still looks nice besides those 2 things

This school is a waste of money, they don’t teach barbering. And it smells like a septic tank at all times. The secretary Barbara is really rude. The teacher can’t read the words in the book and Dan and Matt are going to take your money and vacation in florida and buy a 4th Porsche. Hair schools seem to be a scam in general but this place scams pretty hard.
