This Walgreens is not only in a terrible location (somewhat invisible), but this is the worse stocked one I have ever witnessed. Every rack is filled with emptiness, as an instacart shopper, theres a 75% chance you will come to this location and not find any of your customer’s requests. The cleanliness is sub par, in that it is presentable, but the presentation is an empty store. I’m not sure, but this place seems like its stuck in a state of almost closing down.

Do not use this pharmacy, they are always out of a medication. In my view they are not well managed. My experience has been upsetting.

The customer service at this Walgreens locations is terrible! When you enter the store there’s 7 employees and 1 register open, or even better… no registers open and all the employees just chatting amongst themselves and on there phone, extremely unprofessional. Also I tried to call this location 8x’s and they let picking up and then hanging up the phone and twice they sent me straight to voicemail. This is the most disrespectful Walgreens ever. The customer service is way below the belt. Please don’t waste your time here.

Staff unhelpful to the point you as a customer are bothering them by asking the location of an item, I live in Irvington but I now travel to maple wood if I need to go to a Walgreens
