It would've been a decent thing to do to warn people that every day that you use their EZ pass there is a $10 charge in addition to the toll. Thanks to their neglect on that matter, I was charged $120, half of which was just "administrative fees." Best part of this whole thing is that the only reason I even had a rental is because someone crashed into my car and totaled it, so I shouldn't even have had to pay anything. I don't see my the deposit returned either, and I can't get in touch with the branch directly. Awful experience. Don't go here unless you want to get robbed.

Manager is very unprofessional. Manager was persistent on making me pay for an upgrade wich I wasn’t understanding why till i got into the car I actaully paid for i than noticed why. The car i reserved for had a very very foul smell and when i said something about it one of the employees there said he just wants a free upgrade when in reality they where just being so persistent on me getting one when i got there was for that reason. Horrible customer service. I had to get the vehicle detailed because the manager said you either take it or i can cancel your rental agreement.

The worst experience ever… I made a reservation to pick up a car on Wed morning and return on Saturday night. When I visited the office on Wed morning, they told me that I have to pay additional $76 as I cannot return cars on weekends. Apparently this office is closed on weekends and I have to return on Monday morning and pay additional $$. They tell you this when you pick up a car. DO NOT let customers make reservation to return on weekends if you are closed. Hertz customer service is the same, the worst. Do not waste your time and money.

Grumpy, miserable people working there. Ugly, old building. Don’t waste your time or money. They act as if their base model electric vehicles are limited edition super cars. Would recommend this only to people I hate. An embarrassing experience.

I rented a car there a few weeks ago after my insurance company sent me there. There is only one man who works there so I imagine he is outside or handling something else, I am trying to return and have been calling all afternoon. It is a very small one man operation.
They have a keep drop for after hour return, however, please call to make sure.
This only applies if the vehicle is rented through an insurance claim as a replacement for a vehicle that is being repaired. For other rentals authorized drivers vary depending on the contract and corporate program
We do not expect Debit Cars on time of rental. You could pay at the end of the rental with a Debit card. There is a deposit for $200 plus the amount of rental that we do put on hold on your Credit card.
