I bought a used Samsung JS8500 LCD Smart TV. Dan was willing to help with tv delivery which was great. He was also willing to help with showing me how to use it in my own house (but I ended up calling Samsung and figuring it out with them directly myself). I thought this tv was only a few years old based on what Dan told me, but as I found out from calling Samsung directly, it’s from prior to 2015 - old enough that it was not capable of downloading the Disney+, HBO Max, and many other apps available today. I had to invest in a Firestick. I also had to figure out myself with the help of Samsung how to delete all the prior owner’s personal information. I was a little concerned about its age on top of it being used/refurbished. I asked for a year warranty instead of the 6 months he offered, and he was willing to give me that at least. Originally he provided the price of $250, but this increased to $275 at the last minute. I was not happy about that but it became a war of he-said-she-said so I relented…I get he’s trying to make a sale and we are all hurting now because of price increases but I’m not willing to make a big stink about $25. He could have easily given it to me for $250 considering the device’s age but since he delivered it to me, I figured fine, I’ll pay it. Also he threatened to take away the tv if I didn’t pay the extra $25 so there’s that, too. While he can be very professional with delivery, the price negotiation was lacking in courteousness. I would say just ensure to get all prices in writing so you know you’re on the same page. He doesn’t respond to texts during the negotiation, he will only call so everything is verbal…except when you get the invoice. If I need him for repairs and it goes well, I will provide an update to this review but wanted to be honest about my experience for others who may buy products here.

He did amazing work with a complex double soldering of seven contacts into a circuit board. It is exceedingly rare that someone possesses the skill to do this. This saved my ceiling fan from being thrown out. It works perfectly now. I am so glad that I discovered this talented individual. Tom
