Just to get a simple med record for my son's school which I know for a fact they can print it on the spot, they told me it will take at least a week. Even after I told them my boy won't be able to start classes without it...Not helpful at all.

they don’t honor appointment times. maybe an issue between the call center and the office but it seems like a common occurrence so why haven’t they fixed it? I shouldn’t be able to make an appointment for times that the doctor is in “meetings”. wont be returning.

Went here a few months ago everyone was friendly, super short wait, doctor was nice and efficient, was very happy with this location , definitely will be hoing here over some of the other Riverside locations in bergen county!

Hello, If I'm not mistaken the laboratory is closed on fridays. There open from 8AM-4PM from Mon-Thursdays. On Saturdays there closed till 12PM.
Hello, there is an app that you call download and from there you can keep track of all his record. I do not remember the name of the app, but you could ask the employee.
Hello, and the walk-ins are okay. It's better to call and ask because sometimes there overbooked.
