Horrendous customer support and illogical business processes! I ordered 6 items online for differently branded machines, but was informed only 3 business days after the order that 1 item was backordered. Instead of shipping the remaining items, they unilaterally decided to hold the entire order without informing me. When I asked why 1 backordered item should delay the repair of other machines (for several weeks,) the increasingly flippant phone agent said that's their policy. When asked to speak to a manger, the agent gleefully replied, "they're not (there) until later in the week." Entire order canceled and will pay triple to never order from them again!
