The problem with St Mary's you can't get a hold of anyone in billing to take care of getting them to bill your insurance. I guess no one works anymore or they just don't care whether they help you get your billing taken care of, nothing out of their pocket.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Delicious bacon in the cafeteria if you get there before 10am. The proctologist was super friendly and a little funny. Small hands. Five stars.

On 9/23/2022 I took my daughter to ER and we were taken in by a nurse named Jill. As we were taking her in the nurse was walking so fast to put her in a room and we couldn’t catch up to her. Her nasty comment was Jesus Christ!!! This was so uncalled for! She started drilling my daughter with questions as she was putting her in the room and and couldn’t wait until she got her from the wheelchair to the bed. She continued to make snide comments and showing frustration throughout the entire time we were there . Muffling under her breath and stomping around. She made rude comments about my daughters condition and had us all extremely upset. I’ve never witnessed such un -professional behavior from a nurse. My daughter finally had to ask for a different nurse because she couldn’t take it anymore. My daughter had her bag of belongings by the bed and the nurse kicked her belongings out of the way. This nurse should not be treating patients and family in this manner.
