I had a nice experience with Clifton Chandler at this location. I needed to do a wire transfer that I couldn't do online. I walked in and was quickly introduced to Ms. Chandler. He walked me through the process and made sure all of the info was correct. I was in and out in 20 minutes (not bad for a wire transfer).I'm truly glad to read your review, David, and I appreciate you taking the time to share these kind words. This location is ridiculous, I was unable to get the name of the girl who greeted me when I walked in but she was extremely rude. I tried pulling money from my account and she tried to say the inside ATM machine was broke and you could only pull 300 instead of the normal 2-3 K. Then asked me for my ID (Since when do you need a ID to use the ATM?). Because I left it in my car, she directed me to stand in line, in which I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to pull out cash. After this situation, I see a elder woman come and withdrawn 1,000 dollars with no problem. I will definitely be using the Wells Fargo on Foothill Blvd. going forward. The teller “Kevin” was extremely helpful and generous.
